What Are These Black Spot On My Face ?

Question : Dear doctor,
I have these black spot on my face but those are not because of pimples. These were less initially and now increasing in numbers. I have uploaded the images for your reference.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like dermatoses papulosis nigra.
These are benign growths of the skin.
They are harmless in nature.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by radio frequency ablation.
It is a minor office procedure,
