Question: I have had symptoms for a few days. I have abdominal discomfort. I believe it is in the stomach and intestinal areas. I have dry mouth, most notably when I was working a shift last night. I am rather fatigued, although there are times when I dont feel the symptoms so much and have full energy. I did have some congestion and a sore throat earlier in the week which I have some lingering symptoms, but I am not sure if it is related or not. I have somewhat of a raspy voice, especially the louder I talk. I tried to work out twice this week and it seemed the symptoms would become worse as a result. Same goes for when I would smoke a cigarette.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you are having the symptoms of common cold, initially congestion and sore throat,raspy voice also stomach discomfort and fatigue.
The dry mouth may be as a result of congestion and breathing only through mouth.
You may use acetaminophen or Tylenol for pain and have lots of fluids especially ginger tea.
I think you will be better in few days.
