Question : I had a reflux episode about 3 days before taking the 1st dose of the AZ Covid-19 vaccine, after the reflux subsided, But about 3 days after the shot, seems the reflux is back stronger, especially at night. What can I do, also I just got the VSL%233 probiotic shopped to me from overseas, is it safe to take, and can I start taking it now. thanks

Take Prizolec.

Hello,
VSL#3 is a probiotic and is overall good for digestion but for reflux i would suggest you to take over the counter medication Prizolec 40 mg two times a day for 3 days...Along with it eat a bland diet preferably veggies and a lots of yoghurt.
You would be fine after taking Prizolec.
