Hi,

A Jerk in shoulder can cause many problems like pain ,dislocation of soft tissue injuries- depending on the severity of jerk. I presume that you have pain or movement restriction. I suggest you start painkillers, muscle relaxants and local heal application. Also apply local analgesic cream. If you don't feel any improvement in one week then get for MRI Shoulder and let us know the report.
