Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your lipid profile is quite abnormal and immediate action is required.
The values are too high so that we have to start statins early.
Start on Atorvastatin 10mg daily at bedtime. This a commonly prescribed drug which can bring down the values to normal. You may need a prescription from your local physician for this.
Dietary modifications and regular exercises are required. Do physical exercises for at least half an hour per day. Avoid junk foods and have a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Quit smoking because it increases the risk of cardiac complications as you are already at a high risk due to hyper-cholesterolemia.
Your hemoglobin and hematocrit are slightly high. It can be a normal response in hyper-cholesterolemia. It will revert to normal once the blood cholesterol returns to baseline.
Repeat the tests after one month to assess the progress.
Wishing you good health:
Thanks
