Question : For several months I've lost my appetitie and my urine is orange and my upper back hurts. What could it be?

The orange urine may be due to microhematuria, erythricytes in urine.
Orange urine and back pain may have this causes :
Kidney stones
kidney infection (pyelonephritis)
Kidney cancer.
You should do a urine sample analysis to check for erythricytes, oxalates and leucocytes.
Also an ultrasound should be done in order to determine the cause.
The loss of appetite is due to overall malaise.
