Brief Answer:
Advice to follow up with your treating physician

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If you are experiencing fatigue and shortness of breath while on Lasix, metoprolol and lisinopril, then medications that increase the cardiac muscle function like digoxin should be considered. Echocardiography to assess the ejection fraction is recommended. If the ejection fraction is still low, then digoxin can be added to improve cardiac function.
So, please be advised to follow up with your treating physician to for necessary management.
