Question : annual health checkup review. Abnormal lipid profile and ESR. Mildly elevated cholesterol levels.

Hi,

I have checked the reports all are normal except for lipid profile and ESR. Mild elevation of cholesterol levels for this regular exercise or walking is enough. If there is any inflammation in the body ESR will be elevated, that has to be ruled out.
