pain present night and day. movement of leg and pressure on the right leg. Had history of slipped disc and sciatica but not now. no swelling in knee or hip just pain. I sometimes feel pain in back. also arthritis in foot.
Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and examination, investigations to get a cause
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The most probable cause of such severe and referred pain is compressed nerve at lumbar spine.
Knee and/or hip arthritis needs to be ruled out.
Please get fresh MRI of the lumbar spine and X-rays or MRI of hip and knee joints or as advised by your Orthopedic Surgeon or Neurosurgeon on clinical examination.
Take rest.
Take painkillers.
The reports will guide the further management.
Take care.
I hope this answers your query.
