Brief Answer:
You are not alone. BPV is the most common cause of vertigo

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You are not alone. PV is the most common cause of vertigo. Abnormal eye movements occur with BPV and this is what is most likely causing your eye jerking.

Diabetes, obesity, over active thyroid, cancer and food reactions can all cause excessive sweating including of upper lip.

Is any doctor that you have seen been a neurologist? I do not know what evaluations you have already had. For a problem like yours you should have both general physical exam and neurological exam and maybe brain imaging and brain wave study.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
