Brief Answer:
Oral ivermectin for pediculosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you are talking about Oral Ivermectin, the right usual dose for Ivermectin is 12mg single dose to be repeated every 10 days for two more times.
The eggs hatch in 6-10 days on the head, so it has to be treated every 10 days for a total of three times. That is how I treat my patients with mites and crawling pediculosis.
However I also supplement with topical permethrin 2% shampoo as well followed by proper combing for removal of nits and dead adults.
This question may not be good on this forum since it asks for direct dosing recommendation of prescription based medication. I suggest you to consult local doctor for prescription of the medication.
Hope this answers.
