What Can I Do About Outbursts Of Anger And Episodes Of Depression Despite Taking Several Anti Depressants?

Question: I am on several anti depression meds and I am really still quite depressed and angry
Most of my days.almost everything sets me off angry and I have trouble controlling my outbursts of anger and end up doing stuff that I regret. I do have aspergers syndrome and am terribly sensitive to everything. I have a bad sensitivity to touch and hate being bumped into by others or others poking my shoulder to get my attention.
What is this problem? What am I dealing with here?

Brief Answer:
Better to get hospitalised for evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
From your description it seems like you are having severe bipolar disease and some kind of OCD( obsessive compulsive disorder)
You might require pharmacological and psychotherapeutic techniques for complete cure. Since the severity of symptoms are bit more, it is better to get hospitalised for evaluation. Psychotherapy has got great role in controlling the symptoms and to prevent relapses. cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT) , family-focused therapy has shown improved results.
You are provoked by being touched by others suggest the possibility of OCD. You have to desensitise this for prevention of anger outbursts after being touched.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks

my psychiatrist doesn't want me do go to a hospital for an evaluation because she thinks she just needs to get my medication right. Dr XXXXXXX magness is
My psychiatrist in Mankato Minnesota. I've asked her if I am dealing with bipolar disorder and she said that she doesn't believe so before when I've asked. Am I in the wrong hands or what? I am under the control of others who don't let me have a say in who I see! They hold me accountable for everything I do behavior wise. There's no way to get the real help that I need.

What can I do about this?

Better to get hospitalised for evaluation.
Try to avoid situations and stimulus that provoke anger. You can also practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
Convince your relatives and caretakers the need of hospitalisation.
