Question : I have severe back pain no primaery dr and no insurance I have tried most otc
Brief Answer:
You can try better analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Back ache is most often due to spine related problems like IVDP(inter vertebral disc prolapse) commonly known disc prolapse. Other causes may be due nerve compression.
You can try stretching exercises and posturing adjustments for pain relief. You can also try stronger analgesics like gabapentin or tramadol for pain relief. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous physical activities.
Ideally we have to take an MRI but may not be possible for you because of insurance issues.
Wishing you good health.
