Question: Hi, I got a full body check-up and here is one of the test results which is alerting:

Thyroid
TSH 0.01 uIU/mL
Reference Range: 0.4 - 5.5 uIU/mL

What causes this and what should be my next steps to improve this?

Hi,

Yes, Hyperthyroidism. You must be examined clinically and be started on anti-thyroid medication like Neomercazole based on body weight and physical findings. There might be a need for cardiac evaluation after a physical examination.

Also, you are deficient for Vit D, you will be needing supplementation for a 8 weeks atleast with 60k units of Cholecalciferol.
