Brief Answer:
Tretino

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Stretch marks are most often resilient to any local creams and medications. However many of then shrink in size over time. Since local creams and medications don't work, the most effective treatment is using laser therapy. Other treatment option dermaroller might also be effective. Similarly microdermabrasion can be tried for mild stretch marks.

But these treatment options can be a bit costly. If you wish to try any of these, you can visit a dermatologist.

However if you wish to try local creams, then the best one will be isotretinoin creams. They are available as tretino 0.0025% as well as 0.05% creams. You can use one of them for a few days and see if it helps.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
