Question : what can i do about this on my lip it was a white bump before n i think it was good before i started biting it

What is the duration of this lesion?
Is it associated with burning, itching or pain?
Is it the first episode of this?

yes it is the first time n no itching burning etc
no im not taking anything for it

Aphthous ulcer, topical steroid

According to your complaints it seems to be aphthous ulcer.
It is an idiopathic condition which can develop in anybody at any age and time.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like triamcinolone acetonide paste on affected area twice daily for 8-10 days.
This is resolve it.

It doesn't seem to be anything serious.

You need to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.

This should resolve your problem.
