Question: What can I do for a severe rash that appeared in many places after I got a flu shot?

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I would suggest to go to ER for epinephrine and prednisone injections.
Since you are taking methylprednisolone for a day you are just taking corticosteroids so rash is under control.
Also using triamcinolone acetonide is a corticosteroid that controls the rash locally.
You only can add an antihistamine such benadryl or citerizine.
