Question : Hi,

Last Saturday I had this hard lump on the skin of my penis and it looked like a pimple and I have done something stupid and tried to squeeze it not it’s bigger and in a elongated shape and has a yellow head on it. But it hurts when it rubs on clothing or when i lay down on my stomach.

What can I do to get rid of it as it’s uncomfortable and doesn’t look appealing at all

Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Hard lump pimples like on the skin of penis is so limited information about this kind of skin disease. Please give me more information about it. Pictures also can be helpful. A small raised lump on the skin of the penis most called papules and it's not a serious cause. When you break and become red or swelling bigger if not pus can be caused from inflammation. In this case you can try steroid cream. But I can not say for sure that you have no other genital skin problem such as herpes or warts or syphilis ulcer. More history and pictures better to help you.

Well I definitely dont have an STD. My partner doesn’t have an issue I know that for sure. I’m sure it’s a pimple that I’ve just aggravated it by squeezing it I’ll send a picture of it

So when it was small at the start it just felt like a solid lump and then it had a small head on it after like 2-3 days and I tried squeezing it and it didn’t do anything but make it bigger now it’s a softer but firm lump and when squeezed it goes yellowy white. But if I don’t touch it for a few hours it doesn’t hurt when it’s in my underwear but if I squeeze it even for a little bit it hurts for a while after until it settles down. I don’t know what else information you would like me to give you
