Question : What can I do to to overcome fatigue caused by monitored high tsh taking 200mcg of levothyroxine now. cannot increase due to heart jepordy?

Hello,
If you are after thyroidectomy the needs for levothyroxine may be that high, but in other pathologies we hardly see the need for such high doses and you should be sure that you take the tablets correctly. There are also some other medications (such as iron tablets) that interfere with levothyroxine absorbtions so be sure that there is interference before increasing the dose.
