Brief Answer:
Shield ointment

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You can try the following to reduce fissure pain:
- Drink lots of clean drinking water to loosen the stools. You may also drink juice and milk. Drinking 1-2 spoons of coconut oil before sleeping should also help loosen the stools.
- Apply Vaseline or coconut oil at all times at the anal area
- Apply shield ointment locally before passing stools to reduce the pain while passing stools
- Try Sri Sri Tattva Pylmukti ointment locally twice a day

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
