Require little more information

Hello,
I can understand your concern for your GI symptoms. I would require some more information about your symptoms (Stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, abnormal bowel habit), its duration, any associated investigation (if done), any treatment taken before (other than ER treatment).
I would also like to know which implant you are talking about.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.

                                    Brief Answer:
Constipation related problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Abdominal pain + feeling of heaviness + treatment remedies of eating fiber and drinking warm water suggest you might have constipation.
Sometimes constipation causes inadequate defecation which lead to abdominal pain and indigestion. You should start treatment to prevent further episodes of constipation and also need evaluation to find out the cause for the development of it.
You can take stool softeners or laxatives, high fiber diet. Sometimes it requires purgative enema or stimulant suppository too, in severe cases.
You should undergo an USG of the abdomen to get a basic idea about the inside of your abdomen. If constipation persists after treatment then it is recommended to undergo colonoscopy to find out large intestine related cause for the development of it.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
