Question : What can I take to stop vomiting. I'm unable to hold down food or fluid
Brief Answer:
Drink small amounts of water frequently - 1 sip every 5 mins.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Drinking plenty of fluids it is very important. Small amounts but frequently.
You can take Metoclopramide, 3 times per day to stop nausea. If vomiting remains persistent/worsen despite this, then you need to go to the ER so they can run some investigations to find out what is going on. That means that you may have something more concerning going on.
I hope this is helpful.
