Question : What can a person do if he/she has low blood pressure due to the prescription medications he or she has taken
Brief Answer:
Needs to have ors or salt sugar water or coffee or too low then iv fluids
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
One should have rest with legs elevated. Needs to consume salt sugar water, or ORS 100-200 ml, or coffee, which can raise blood pressure.
If one is having too low bp say less than 90 and symptomatic like dizziness or consumed too many medicines and bp is likely to fall in coming hours then should visit the doctor and then needs IV fluids like normal saline or ionotropic agents.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
