Question : I have sever heartburn and after urinating i have alot of brown blood clots what can be causing this and I had my period 2 weeks ok and i have had this problem since then and my period was unusual and I usually get heart burn for about 2 to 3 days before i start

Hi,

Blood clots in urine could be suggestive of Urinary tract infection. I would suggest you get tested for urine culture and sensitivity, CUE, USG abdomen and pelvis.
You can take Pan 40 mg once a day early in the morning on empty stomach for 5 days.

Also avoid oily, spicy fried foods. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
