What Can Be Done I Got Boil Lumps On Both Hands And One Toe?

Question : I got these boil lumps on both hands and one in my toe. The ones on my hands happened after I worked out with dumbbells as they rub on that part when I do hammer curls. But this is the first time I’ve ever gotten these boils and I’ve been lifting weights for years. they do not hurt or itch. what could they be?

They seem like callosities, which is thick skin, that may have developed from repeated rubbing/ friction. This is reversible though, if the predisppsing factor of friction/ rubbing is removed.
