Brief Answer:
Colovesical fistula is a rare condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I think you should get evaluated first doing an urine analysis and uroculture.
If fecal matters are found in urine you should get checked by cystoscopy to check the urine bladder.
If fecal matters is found colovesical fistula is suspected when communication between colon and urinary bladder is formed .
This is a rare condition but should be treated as soon as possible because it can cause very frequent urinary tract infections.

Hope I have answered the question.

Thanks.
