Brief Answer:
Maintain hydration, continue probiotics and watch for complications

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Here I would like to continue the antibiotic O2(containing ofloxacin and ornidazole), probiotic(endolac). Give plenty of fluids in any form better if it is ORS, plain water or coconut water.
Personally I won't suggest fruit juices during loose stool as it may aggravate the same.
Please let me know the age of the baby as I am not able to find it anywhere, so that I better able to help you about the diet.
I won't get worried if baby is passing urine, taking feeds well, there is no blood in stool and otherwise is active and playful.
Watch for urinary frequency(at least 4-5 times a day), general activity, any blood in stool, too frequent watery stool, vomiting or poor feeding and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician immediately.
It may take 7-10 days for the stool pattern to get normal. The main aim is to maintain hydration well.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Baby's age is 5.5 months. He is active and playful. The only concern is his loose motions. There is no blood in stools but they are watery and yellow in color. He is also passing urine 6-7 times. Till how many days should I continue o2 and endolac?

Brief Answer:
Give antibiotic and probiotic for 5 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Most of the time recovery is seen within 7-10 days. In this age loose motion is usually non infective or viral in origin.
Watch for any abnormal redness in diaper area as this may be due to secondary lactose intolerance and in that condition you may need to change the formula feed.
Maintain hydration and observe for any abnormal symptoms. If you are finding any significant abnormality please consult your pediatrician.
