Question: wife had me wear a ring vibrator during sex for 1st time.
seemed to increase stamina but i think it lessened my orgasm. now my testicles are achy. what is this?

If you glad prolonged erection or orgasm fit to vibrator use, then it is the likely cause for the testicular ache. Prolonged erection and orgasm can temperorily reduce blood flow to testicles causing pain.
There is nothing to be worried. The pain will subside in few hours. If needed take a Tylenol.
If the pain persists for more than 24 hours, or pain worsens or you notice swelling, redness of testis follow up with the urgent care.
