Question : Hello Doctor, My Brother's hand got swollen suddenly. I think some insect has bitted his hand. Do we have to go to Doctor?

There are no symptoms and he has little bit itching. It got swollen 3 hours ago. It is not clearly visible in pictures.

Yes, I can't really appreciate any prominent swelling in the picture. If there's no bite/sting mark, no other symptoms, then it may or may not be related to insect bites. As of now, I'd suggest him to put some ice compression gently over the area twice to thrice daily, take an antiallergic like Tab Levocetirizine and observe how he stays afterward.
If despite this, the swelling doesn't reduce within a while, or any other symptoms appear, then it needs to be checked by a doctor.
