Most of slimming program pharma do not mention the contents so difficult to say, but you can request them to tell the contents/risks from the manufacturers.
As a decontamination measure you can get gastric lavage if it is within 3hours, beyond that you should take Charcoal powder or Arcol 4 tablets stat. and take 15ml of milk of magnesia 8hourly for today.
Eat bananas about 3banans 4hourly.
