Question : I have observed MELISMA - Dark Pigmentation on my face since couple of days.

I would recommend you to query.
I would recommend you to apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid on affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular regular application for the sunscreen gel on the entire face in the morning and afternoon.
Also take antioxidants like capsule Antoxid HC once daily in the morning and take tablet tranexa 250 mg twice daily for 3 weeks.
This is help in improving your condition.
Avoid sun exposure and take plenty of fruits and vegetables.
