Question : Lisinipril, hydrochrothiazide and low dose aspiring was prescribed by my physician..I have blood spots under my skin..the area on the front of my neck has a rash of tiny red spots, and on both of my forearms only..I also take Allegra D, 24 hour.

If I take my prescribed meds of lisinopril and hydroclorothiazide and eliminate the low dose aspirin, I'm thinking it would be ok and there wouldn't be any drug interaction..I found out Walgreens switched manufacturers of the hydro drug about a year ago, right about the time this started happening..So I called my Dr. and she prescribed me the hydro drug from the clinic pharmacy, with a different manufacturer..I'm suspecting my blood is too thin?? Thanks again!

I also get cortisone shots every three months or so...Just trying to think of everything..I take 2 mg. of Estrodial every other day...

Hi,

I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be ecchymotic patches.
It is due to thinning of blood due to aspirin and because of thinning of skin with age.
You can omit low dose aspirin after consulting your doctor.
This will improve your condition.
