Question : my mother suffering swallow difficulty,unable to eat food&drink any juice

The question is not detailed what happened earlier why were the botox injections given.
Your mother needs to be under the care of a gastroenterologist. If she is entirely unable to eat or drink then she may need to have a feeding tube placed to maintain her nutrition. This is a surgical procedure were a tube is placed through the abdominal wall into the stomach and liquid nutrition can be injected into the stomach through the tube. Hopefully they will be able to find the cause of her problem and treat it without placing the tube.
