Question : I am wanting to see if you can find any other issues on my xray (other than the Smith's Fracture and fracture on my ulna styphoid). This was from 25 weeks ago and I've had 2 surgeries (install plate and 8 screws, and then remove all of that). I developed CRPS and it was just discovered that my EPL has ruptured. I'll be having a 3rd surgery to do a tendon transfer and to remove a bone spur in the Listers Tubercle. I'm still having problems and no one has done a full xray or MRI of my hand. Which I’m going to insist on an xray or MRI... But I want to see if something was missed. I have a large lump that has appeared at the base of my 2nd metacarpal for some reason. Thank you!

Thanks for the query

It appears you also have Base of second and third metacarpal fractures.

Looking at the hands movements you may have developed done stiffness of the joints as well.

Physiotherapy should help bring back most of the movement.

Hope you have a good recovery for your surgery to repair FPL tendon.
