Question : I have spots on the back of my throat that look like palatel Petechiae. Normally I think this is a strep throat symptom, but I don’t feel sick at all. What could it be?
Brief Answer:
Do a total blood count with formula.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I see the photo you attached and there are red spots like palatal petechiae on the roof of your mouth.
It is not only strep-throat which causes it but can be mononucleosis or other viral infections.
If you don't have other symptoms just do a total blood count with formula to check it.
