Question : Strange sensations running down both arms. Last’s about three minutes and goes away. Kind of scary.

I read your query and here is my advice.

You are saying that you are having a strange sensation and I guess it would be tingling and numbness.
There are different causes for tingling and numbness including peripheral neuropathy, herniated disc and other spinal issues , low vitamin B 12 etc.
