Question : morning takes = amtas m 50
Night take = lipicure 10 + d cal 500 + ecosprin 75
Problem - today by mistake taken amtas m 50 in night also,
Please suggest should i skip lipicure 10
what will be the effect of overdose and how can we avoid any side effect in case
also please suggest the next day doses

Do not skip Lipicure now ,Monitor blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

Amtas is Anti hypertensive drug and lipicure is lipid lowering drug.

So do not skip Lipicure.

Monitor your blood pressure now if possible as you have taken an extra dose.

Drink plenty of water tonight.

If blood pressure is maintained >100/70 nothing to worry.

If Blood pressure is < 90/60 you may need Intravenous fluid infusion to maintain normal blood pressure.

Monitor your blood pressure tomorrow morning.

If its >100/70 you can take Amtas M 50 after lunch (rather than breakfast).
