Question : i have had this dark brownish red spot for over a month now does this look like anything important that i should take care of? first thought it was a blister

I see the photo you attached and it doesn't seem like a blister.
It seems like a mole (nevus).
I think you should visit a dermatologist and do a dermatoscopy to check it closer.
The moles have the risk of turning into melanomas ( malignancy) and that's why you should check it by dermatoscopy.
