bacterial folliculitis

Hello,
I can see a few bumps with a pus point . They seem like folliculitis. I advice her to take a week's course of an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicillin or cephalexin. In addition she may use a topical 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a few days.
