Question : Looks like purple lesion on rectum with small cut feel rectal pressure burning stinging irritation what could it be what is remedy

Can be Hemorrhoid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns.
Very likely it's Hemorrhoid.They are swollen veins.Howevee your GP should do a digital rectal examination with proctoscopy to differentiate it from Fissures etc.
You can use Preparation-H(over the counter)a combination containing contains Calcium Dobesilate, Hydrocortisone, Lignocaine, and Zinc for relief till the test is done.
However diet plays a big role.
Diet suggestion-
Consume high fiber foods as a part of high fiber diet.
At least 2-3 servings of fruits daily.
Avoid fast food spicy food and alcohol.
Drink plenty of water.
Take Sitz bath daily two times a day.
Follow up after a week.
