Question : this was a wart that was cut off, and i thought it was healing fine, but now i cant tell

Hello dear,

I see the photo you attached and the wound created by the cut of the wart got infected.
I can see the skin is red and there is a white bump on the top which I think it is pus.
I think you may need to use antibiotic ointment on it
