Well, the giddiness and pain could be due to several causes, e.g. electrolytes/blood sugar imbalance, cardiological, ENT related, or even due to neurological causes...For proper management, you need to get yourself thoroughly checked up clinically by an Internal Medicine specialist...managemnt depends on the findings...

The white patch may not be related to this and can be due to fungal infections which can be ascertained during the same clinical visit itself...
