Posted on Fri, 11 Jan 2019
Question: I have a dry random cough going on for months now. It starts with a drip in the throat andthen segues into sneezing and eye watering. I have tried several allergy pills to no avail. I am a former smoker-quit 2 years ago.

Brief Answer:
Inhalers with steroids.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As you explain the history this is a cough due to allergy.

In such cases, we recommend using the inhalers with steroids like Budesonide twice for two-three months together with the current treatment you are taking.

It helps a lot to reduce or take away the cough.

Hope to have been helpful.
