Question : I am a girl of 26. I had my last period on 10 March 2016. Since then I have no periods. On 10 February I felt severe pain around navel for 2-3 hours and after 7-8 days it repeated but went away with gas medicines. It is worthy to mention that I don't have any sexual relation with anyone. Now I am much tensed for no periods. Is there anything serious???? Pls help me.
Brief Answer:
Could be due to hormonal disturbances.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
There are so many reasons of missed period other than pregnancy.
In your case it could be due to hormonal disturbances.
Other causes are thyroid disorder, fibroid, PCOD, infection and STD etc.
So get your ultrasound to rule out the cause and thyroid profile to rule out thyroid dysfunction.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
