Most common cause of blood in semen are injuries or structure of urethra, infection of lower urinary tract.
Other causes are bladder stones, prostatitis, malignancy.
I would like to know following:
1. When did you notice it first?
2. How many times have you noticed this?
3. Any burning in urine?
4. Any history of unprotected sexual intercourse?

If you had single episode only. You can wait. As many times due to injury during intercourse this can occur.
If you see that again, get following investigations:
1. Urine examination.
2. Ultrasound Kidney , bladder and prostate
