After seeing the image looks that it's gaseous Stool.
Now in general, if your poop gets in water and bubbles are made it signifies that either the water is hard one making more bubbles or there is increase gas formation in your intestines that is being evacuated with your stools.

what can be done for it also I have some little amount of mucus in stool occasionally

Hi,

The best way out is to get a stool routine and microscopy done. If any infection is seen, you will be treated with antibiotics and if all normal, then you just need to take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once daily for 10 days.
