Brief Answer:
May need urinalysis to look for urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be urinary tract infection and needs to be evaluated on a urinalysis and urine cultures.

Renal functions and complete blood picture should also be done with serum pottasium level and calcium levels to rule out any primary kidney disease. Sugar levels and blood pressures should also be monitored meanwhile.

Drink more water and avoid too many unnecessary medications. If symptoms persist ultrasound KUB may also be needed.

Hope this has answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Regards
