Question : My right side below the arm has increasingly has brought on more pain started maybe six or seven days ago. The pain is moderate until I move more then it increases. I first that it was a muscle strain in the latt d area but I feel it is getting worse and may be something else. I do not have any other symptom. Today it is harder to move without discomfort and I feel I’m at a pivotal point with this situation.
I am just taking Advil for my pain. There is no redness or anything visible no swelling. If I put my hand under my arm between my front and back it is the side between my armpit and waist that is the main area of pain. No fever, no loss of appetite, clean urine, no other changes.

Please provide some information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Can you please give me some more information about the type of pain you have?
How can you describe it?- ache, burning, dull, superficial or deep?
Do you have shortness of breath with it? How strong is it from 0-10?
Have you tried any medicine?
What makes it worse and what makes it better?
Do you have any chronic problem?
Do you have any other idea of what might have caused it?
The more information you will be able to give me, the more accurate advise I will be able to give.

Sharp pain with movement. Best to be still sitting or lying down. Pain is shap. Advil makes it 10% better. No breathing problem. No shortness of breath. Heartbeat stable. I have copd and just started taking an inhaler a week ago. Maybe the inhaler has kicked up this problem. I work out and first thought I pulled a muscle between my armpit and waist but seems like there is an upset radiating from the area and I suspect some proble interfering with certain but unknown organs. Any movement seems to give me sharp pains now. If I am still I feel no pain at all.
Brief Answer:
Most possible- a nerve pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
What you are describing seems more like nerve pain.
I don't think it is related to the organs in your body, because other then lungs, no other organs could give a pain there.
The fact that it is related to the movement and that it is radiating pain, confirms that you have pulled a nerve.
It needs 4-6 weeks for the pain to go away.
Meanwhile, Ibuprofen will help with pain and inflammation. Use local analgesic cream and massage locally.
If worse or not better I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
I hope this makes sense and answers your question.
