What Can Cause Got This Big Bruise On My Pelvis And Am Having Trouble Sleeping?

Question: My lymphnodes have been swollen for about 5 months now. I've gotten 2 ultra sounds and am going for a biopsy in 3 days. I also had blood work done but don't know results (my doctor will call me in 2 weeks) so probably nothing urgent in the results or I would of heard from him I assume. I got this big bruise on my pelvis and am having trouble sleeping. I looked online and says this could be a concern that I should possibly goto the hospital.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
As detailed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the photo.
But you have not given any feedback as asked for.
Anyways, Such a bruise is usually due to trauma and settles on its own.
IF there is no history of trauma then I would advise you the following:
Get blood tests particularly the platelets, bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombine time; any other tests as primary tests results and clinical evaluation by a Doctor would suggest.
As for lymph nodes, the biopsy will certainly tell the final diagnosis
And the above blood tests need to be normal before surgery too hence consult your Doctor/Surgeon before going for biopsy.
Please give feedback.
