Brief Answer:
Most probably frozen shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. There is a possibility that she is suffering from "Frozen Shoulder". Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually, worsen over time and may resolve, usually within 1-3 years. I would suggest you to once take her to hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon". he will examine in detail and may order some investigations like X-ray shoulder for correlation. Treatment has shown positive results & includes:

1. Analgesics: Naproxen/ ibuprofen thrice a day for 7-10days.
2. REGULAR Physiotherapy
3. Intracapsular steroid injection
4. Shoulder manipulation under GA (for advanced cases only)
5. Applying heat or cold to shoulder can help relieve pain.

It is easily manageable but needs consultation with orthopedic surgeon first. Hopefully above mentioned measures will help her reducing the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
